OUR STORE POLICY
We want all customers to be happy so in the case you have any issues and are not 100% happy we can issue you Store Credit, eVoucher (for the amount)or Exchange.

No returns on sale items
Your item must be returned within 7 days of purchase date
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds
The customer is responsible for the cost of the refund shipping costs
Strictly NO returns for any sale items or items bought using promo codes
No returns on accessories for hygiene purposes (e.g. Earrings, belts, necklaces, hats, headpieces, bracelet, anklet, rings)
Exchange can be made in person or post, postage returns must be absolved by customer
Exchange can be made in person at the following locations): Our store location.
Exchange can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods in return bag and mail to return address, return postage must be paid for.
Once your return has been received we can issue you a credit towards the purchase amount excluding the original delivery fee.

Refund is not accepted unless item is deemed faulty .
Requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.
We do not accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
Change of mind, please be sure to choose carefully. Any questions can be emailed directly to lujaeboutique@gmail.com
Good does not match description; or
Good is the wrong size.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
Custom made to order can only be exchanged; and
Sale items cannot be exchanged as they are final price stock

Fill out and send back with your original receipt.
Mail the parcel back to address provided.
We will send you an eVoucher of the value of the item purchased (eVoucher valid for 6 months)
